The Estado Novo was the authoritarian, autocratic and corporatist state political regime that operated in Portugal for 41 uninterrupted years, from the approval of the 1933 Constitution until its overthrow by the Revolution of 25 April 1974. - 1 Caixa Geral de Depósitos Building
