Tour audio The Chemical Society Library

Section of the exposition is a continuation of the Study. This room was occupied by the reading room of the library of the Russian Chemical Society. D.I. Mendeleev, along with his colleagues, transferred some of the books from their libraries to the library of the Russian Chemical Society. At present, a part of the scientist’s library and his personal items are represented here: travel suitcases with which Mendeleev traveled, a camera (Dmitry Ivanovich was interested in photography), a table for cutting cardboard and some paper.
