Audio tour I floor of the palace

The exhibition halls of the first floor of the Palace of Kyrylo Rozumovskyi presents the history of the construction and restoration of the palace and garden complex in Baturyn, the history of Baturyn during the rule of Hetman Rozumovskyi and his family.

In the Hetman's Palace, you will be welcomed personally by Hetman Kyrylo Rozumovskyi in the form of a wax figure. It is the exclusive reconstruction of Hetman's appearance. You will get acquainted with the reformatory and state-forming activities of the Hetman.

In 1750, Kyrylo Rozumovskyi revived Baturyn's status as Hetman's capital. He started to build up the Ukrainian state from this point, from Baturyn. 

When visiting the palace, you will learn the fascinating history of the Rozumovskyi family and understand how they affirmed their family bearing “Multiply glory by deeds!”.
