Museum In Their Shoes: 5 Lands Walk 2024 Ephemera Exhibition

Walk a moment in the footsteps of Central Coast residents that have walked the 5 Lands since the beginning and leave their stories for you to discover.

The 5 Lands Walk ‘In Their Shoes’ project aims to collect and chronicle the stories and anecdotes of a diverse range of Central Coast residents, to showcase the narrative of the region through the eyes and actions of the people that weave the connections and heft the achievements of community cohesion.

'In Their Shoes,' is a collaborative work developed by FeFe Morrison and Jennifer Dias that was conceived and designed to be adaptable to various communities both Nationally and Internationally, allowing for the exploration of local narratives and fostering dialogue on issues pertinent to those communities. 

The initial public art project 'In Their Shoes' 5 Lands Walk (ITS 5LW) 2024 Ephemera Exhibition, is the first phase of the ITS 5LW initiative. A second phase of ITS 5LW is intended for further development.

ITS 5LW showcases Central Coast residents that have been a part of the genesis, development and implementation of the Central Coast event, 5 Lands Walk, now in its second decade. The aim is to showcase the narrative of the region through the eyes and deeds of the people that weave the connections and heft the achievements of community cohesion, achieving the goal of the 5 Lands Walk to “connect people to people and people to place”.
