Update Required To play the media you will need to either update your browser to a recent version or update your Flash plugin.This excursion crosses the two magnificent valleys of Ensagents and les Agols, and takes us to the upper part of the Madriu valley. You will discover landscapes of glacial origin such as cirques, rock walls and lakes.
It is a long and complete route without technical difficulties or complicated passages, but a minimum of experience and good physical condition are required.
• Distance: 18.3 kilometers
• Elevation: +1200 meters
• Time: from 7 and a half to 9 hours
There is the possibility of doing the itinerary in two days spending the night at the Illa refuge.
To undertake this route we advise you to:
• Plan the route properly.
• Consult the weather information before leaving.
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear, hat, sunglasses and sunscreen...
• Remember to bring enough water and food.
• And above all, do not leave waste on the mountain.
• If you plan to spend the night at the Illa's guarded shelter, you must book in advance.
