Welcome to Edinburgh. On this tour of the Scottish capital we’ll start here at the new Parliament building, then walk up the Royal Mile, where we’ll stop off along the way at some of the historical sites on this famous street before arriving at the ancient castle. We’ll then see Edinburgh’s most famous galleries and some of its most celebrated monuments before finishing up in the New Town.
Depending on how many breaks you take and how many of these historic sites you decide to go in and visit, this walk should take us between two and four hours. - 1 Holyroodhouse Palace and New Scottish Parliament

- 5 High Kirk of St Giles
- 6 Greyfriars Bobby

- 9 National Gallery of Scotland and Royal Scottish Academy
- 10 Princes Street
- 11 New Town
