How do we inhabit a place steeped in history? What do a wall, a garden or a corridor whisper to us? How can we bring the history of a place to life with the voices of today? What if we mixed the past, the imaginary and the present to create a living fiction?

For a few days, a group of young people will take over the Château de Pange and its gardens for a collective artistic and sound adventure.

Guided by artists Justin Pleutin (writing, theatre) and Théo Berger (sound design, music), participants will explore the place in a different way. Through listening games, silent walks, sound recordings and automatic writing workshops, the young people explored the château. They composed, recorded, manipulated and gave voice or airtime to the images, emotions and sensations that the place inspired in them.

Over the course of several days, they familiarise themselves with creative tools (microphones, audio software, notebooks, cameras, etc.) and develop a personal and artistic relationship with heritage. The productions resulting from this research have given rise to sound capsules and this interactive sound tour, which draws on the young people's creations, combining memory, imagination and emotions.
