Wildlife Inn's Kid's Out of Egypt Tour explores the origins of traditions that came from Egypt held dear by three major religions Judaism, Christianity and Islam. This tour begins in the throne room of Pharaoh Djoser almost 5000 years ago. It explores the genius Imhotep and the plagues chronicled in the Ipuwer Papyrus, the Talmud, the Exodus account and the account in the Quran.
Don't be scared of the mummy exhibit and stories about the plagues!
The tour then follows the people of ancient Israel as they left Egypt and camped in the desert. It explores the evidence of their presence in the desert, temple they built and follows the objects in the temple to the point where they were lost then goes on to visit temples and structures foretold in ancient texts. In this tour one learns about the differences and similarities of Judaism, Christianity and Islam.
