The Delaware Military Heritage and Education Foundation has preserved and restored military artwork throughout the State of Delaware. The Foundation's library and archives are a rich source for Delaware history educators and researchers.

They have compiled an extensive collection of military artifacts and archival materials. They have cataloged and stored these materials in a secure environment and are assessing needs for preservation and restoration as required.

The Delaware Military Heritage and Education Foundation, Inc. collects and preserves material evidence associated with Delaware related military units and individuals of the uniformed services of the State and the United States, and interprets it so that coming generations will understand the values of courage, loyalty and responsibility that inspire such service.
