The State Museum in Ufa at an academic scientific institution dedicated to the archaeology and ethnography of the Southern Urals. It was founded in 1976 at the Institute of History, Language and Literature of the UNC RAS. The museum is located in the House of E. A. Ponosova-Mollo, a monument of architecture and urban planning of the early 20th century.
