Kazakhstan, which is the space harbor of mankind, sees one of the factors of the energy of change as the development of the potential that develops through participation in space programs. On October 2, 1991, the first Kazakh cosmonaut Tokhtar Aubakirov flew, which opened a space milestone in the history of Kazakhstan. Talgat Musabaev made three flights to outer space as part of international crews.

September 2, 2015, following in the footsteps of T. Aubakirov and T. Musabayev, test-cosmonaut Aydin Aimbetov went into space on the Soyuz-TMA-18M spacecraft.
