Sobre o museu
The Grotta del Vento is in the north of Tuscany, in Garfagnana, in the centre of Apuan Alps Park, in Mount Pania Secca in the municipality of Fabbriche di Vergemoli (Lucca).
It is one of the most complete European show caves.
The Grotta del Vento offers an exceptional variety of underground karst aspects ranging from growing and shining stalactites and stalagmites, to little lakes, water courses, forms of erosion, mud formations and a perfectly-vertical shaft which can be visited with practical walkways.
The possibility to choose between different types of visits, three touristic itineraries lasting 1, 2 or 3 hours and two adventure routes equipped with ladders and ropes which allow one to discover the secret world of a mainly vertical branch makes it an ideal destination for excursions for singles, couples, families, schools, groups and motor bike or classic car rallies, etc.

Very disappointing! The group was fare to big, the german commenti on the audioguide boring and the voice horrible, 5 years ago the light was switched off at the deepest point bit that didn t happen this time! I would not do this tour again!!!
