Welcome to the Cruquius Museum
With this audio tour, your private guide will lead you through the museum. In 22 locations he tells the story of De Cruquius and the fight against the "Waterwolf". He sticks to the essentials. If you want to know more, check out the text panels at the various points in the museum.
Each sound fragment concludes with an instruction where to find the next fragment. You also see the image of the exhibit location on your screen plus one or more pictures of the corresponding object. If you have any questions, feel free to ask our employees. They also like to demonstrate how the pumping engine works; powered by the largest Cornish steam engine in the world.
