Audiotur Restoration workshop

The Museum carries out all the restoration activities in its own workshop following the canons of philological restoration and, where possible, through a conservative approach.

Based on the needs of each project, traditional restoration techniques are often integrated with more modern ones derived from other technical-scientific fields.

The Museum’s workshop also provides for all the regular and extraordinary maintenance operations of the collection and technical equipment, as well as for the construction of the exhibit supports and the other practical needs.
