Glenderaterra is 17km long and easily completed in 3 hours. Is quite an easy route for anyone.
It has a couple full on technical sections that will challenge anyone. The climb from Glederaterra Beck that can be done if you get each line correct. The steep single track goes onto Lonscale Fell, then it carries on but with a more rocky terrain on Lonscale Crags. It is do-able but hard. After that it is mainly down hill.
