About the museum
这两座建筑分别是金酒博物馆和 Gekroonde Brandersketel（顶部蒸馏室）。这些建筑自十八世纪后期开始被用于烘烤房和酿酒厂。今天，人们仍然在这里蒸馏麦芽金酒。从外面就能看出这是一间烘烤房。斯希丹在其全盛时期曾有 400 多个与此类似的烘烤房。高门和可移动的半圆形窗户，就是它们的建筑标志。左侧有两组窗户，还摆着两排大桶，里面盛放着糊状的麦芽酒。右侧则是一组窗户和一排蒸馏器。可以想象，在酒精味浓郁的地方，良好的通风非常重要。
