Audio tour Gasworks Park: From Coal and Gas to Nice Green Grass

Gasworks Park used to be a coal and oil gasification plant until 1959 which heavily polluted the local environment. Now it is a lush green park with the remnants of that plant still left behind as a reminder of what it once was. It is a picturesque park visited by many due to its aesthetic and amazing view of the city. It is covered with lush green grass that serves various purposes for visitors.
