Start in Keswick and warm up on the road that heads south to over Ashness bridge the to Watendlath tarn

The trouble starts at Watendlath with very rocky and rutty path down to Rosthwaite, where you start to climb up Honister Pass. More rock and rubble then takes you north over Castle-crag to Grange and a continuation carries you around the base of Cat bells then back to Keswick.

To complete make sure you are an advanced rider with a high level of endurance and fully prepared.
