Although outside its scientific context, within the spaces of the Museum of natural science, one room contains some important collections owned by the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio of Fano:  a collection of coins issued by the Fano Mint, undoubtedly one of the most complete existing,   some important  Apulian and Attic  pottery and a large collection of Oriental ivories.
