Audio tour # 03 - Heraldic Arms

The walls are adorned with interesting fifteenth and sixteenth century frescoes depicting coats of arms, festoons and grotesques.

Currently only three coats of arms are visible, but as can be seen, they were represented other. The still visible weapons belong in order to Niccolò III Orsini, the Medici and the marriage between the Aldobrandeschi and the Orsini.

This museum shows also pottery found during the various jobs at the Palace and restored under the general supervision of the Superintendency for Arts and Landscape of Siena in the nineties.

Moving back to the entrance and climbing up the staircase, we reach the upper floor.
