L'abbazia di San Galgano è un'abbazia cistercense, sita a una trentina di chilometri da Siena, nel comune di Chiusdino. Questa abbazia è stata costruita circa nel 1218.
Il sito è costituito dall'èremo (detto Rotonda di Montesiepi) e dalla grande abbazia, ora completamente in rovina e ridotta alle sole mura, meta di flusso turistico.
