The 3rd floor collections  of the books. On the third floor follows clockwise. Please turn to the left and go to the gallery "Personal Collection of the President." This gallery features gift books from heads of state and government.

 The exposition of the President's personal collection is represented by books on art, with autographs and dedicatory inscriptions from famous artists. In the wall showcases there are donative albums from the heads of states, governments, famous statesmen, foreign ambassadors.There is the reading room. For work of the readers of our library are provided with special booths equipped with a computer with access to the Internet and an electronic catalog of the library.

 For your attention is the following exposition "Gallery of Independence" is presented. The exposition is devoted to the history and formation of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The central place is occupied by the works of the First President of the RK, reflecting the significant steps of Kazakhstan's development. Here is the Chronicle of the Head of State.

   The books about the First President of the RK N.A. Nazarbayev from Kazakh and foreign authors are continued the exposition. There are also works on the formation and development of Kazakhstan's foreign policy, diplomatic relations with foreign countries.

      The preservation of the cultural heritage of the people is the most important initiative of the Head of State. The exposition is continued by books published under the program "Madeni mura" (Cultural heritage) - "Babalar sozi", "History of Kazkhastan in Russian, Turkish, Persian, Mongolian and Chinese sources". Our readers in the library there is a relaxation zone. Here there is natural light and a pleasant, quiet atmosphere.

Dear guests, please go to the World Literature Gallery. The exposition is represented by the fiction of Kazakh, Russian and foreign authors. The works of the great Kazakh thinkers Abai and Shakarim open the exposition. The works of Russian and foreign authors translated into Kazakh language are presented.
