Audio tour Summary
The walking excursion route “Green Line” passes through the main attractions in the historical center of Irkutsk. The route covers 30 sites, among them churches, museums, monuments, theaters, squares, as well as various architectural landmarks.
Near each object there is an information stand with a map of the city and a brief description of the attraction.
The route runs along the central streets of the city, where there are shops and cafes, cozy parks, places for walking and recreation. The beginning of the route is considered from the monument to Emperor Alexander III and ends at the Church of the Exaltation of the Cross on Sedova Street.
The total length of the Green Line is about 5 kilometers, a walk along it will take approximately 2-3 hours.
